Competition Terms & Conditions

Introduction 

By participating in the AIAIAI x HÖR DJ Mix Challenge you are agreeing to these competition terms and  conditions. The competition is being run by AIAIAI and HÖR. 

Eligibility to Enter 

The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. AIAIAI and HÖR employees and associates are excluded  from the draw. 

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any  prizes that may be awarded to you. 

There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter. 

The Prize 

Three winners will be chosen, who will each receive the winning prize.  

The winning prize will be a DJ set at HÖR in Berlin, a return flight from anywhere in the world to Berlin, one night  of hotel accommodation in Berlin and one pair of AIAIAI TMA-2 DJ Headphones. 

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. 

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require  doing so. 

AIAIAI and HÖR’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be  entered into about it. 

Winner Announcement 

The winners will be chosen based on skill and creativity, and will be notified via the email address provided on  April 7th, 2023. The winners will be publicly announced on April 14th, 2023. 

AIAIAI and HÖR will make two attempts to contact the winner via email on April 7th and April 8th. 

If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 2 days of the second email, they  forfeit their right to the prize, and AIAIAI and HÖR reserves the right to select and notify a new winner. 

Delivery of the Prize 

The winner will allow 14 days for the AIAIAI TMA-2 DJ headphone to be delivered, after the winner have provided  their shipping details. The return flight and hotel in Berlin will be booked through mutual agreement with each  winner. 

Data Protection and Publicity 

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by AIAIAI  and HÖR for the purposes of administering the competition, and for the other purposes as specified in the  Google Form used to submit your entry to the challenge. 

The winner’s artist name and country of residence will be announced on AIAIAI and HÖR’s website and social  media channels. 

Limitation of Liability 

AIAIAI and HÖR accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a  result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize. 

General 

AIAIAI and HÖR reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these  terms and conditions.
