Amarcord is the project of composer, producer, and DJ Marco Catapano, with which he explores territories of New Wave, EBM, and Synth Pop without forgetting, in his sets, incursions into acid-house and slow techno. His tracks have been released on prominent labels such as Ombra International, Dischi Autunno, Ritmo Fatale, and Laurent Garnier’s Cod3 QR. He has performed in some of the most important underground clubs across Berlin, Paris, New York, and beyond. Amarcord is also the founder of the Nottetempo format at Meet Compact Club, which has hosted live performances and DJ sets by artists such as Years of Denial, Curses, and Pablo Bozzi. Additionally, he has started a side project called Supermarc, focused on fast trance.
