Bennet’s mixes encompass a variety of genres merging from oldskool house, early progressive house and trance, to breaks and early rave hymns. Going all across the board, they always recur to the dancefloor’s utopian notions of togetherness and unity and political dimensions of the body.
Rooted in Hannover’s local scene, Bennet is part of the DJ-collective soft spot. The group was founded in 2019 by queers and FLINTA*s and seeks for queer- feminist politics on and off the dance floor.
