Uniting the worlds of contemporary folk, nineties techno and golden-era power ambient, CAIVA’s strain of techno is different; a shining example of how far the genre can be stretched into something that captures the imaginations of the experimental and the hearts of the purists. She has produced a diverse and eclectic range of music, using her voice, guitar, saxophone and piano. It’s this unique melting pot of influence that carves CAIVA’s distinct lane from within the techno circuit; a contemporary classical approach gathered from musicology studies that has moulded beautifully with ghostly folk and golden-era ambient-techno influence. Her debut „Fatigue“ on UK label Lobster Theremin is now followed by "Without You", her first EP release on Live From Earth in collaboration with Julian Muller. With much more in the pipeline CAIVA is set to have a huge (and totally uncliched) 2022.
