DJ Luv You is a non-binary DJ and multidisciplinary artist. Rotating between light and joyful rare groove to HI-NRG playful club selections, their sets often combine the influences of 90s House, Prog and left-field dance with contemporary electronic music to fluid dynamic effect. On the French LYL Radio, they run a bi-monthly program called ‘LUNA’ which spotlights femme, queer and non-binary DJs and producers. Inviting guest DJs to contribute a mix made entirely of tracks by artists from those communities. In early 2020, this led them to founding the queer/femme lead Melbourne party LUNA Blessings, which focuses on booking artists from womxn, queer and GNC communities to curate safe and inclusive dance spaces. LUNA Blessings has quickly become an important party to the local scene, booking both established and up-and-coming DJs, working with the likes of D. Tiffany, C.Frim, Jennifer Loveless, Merve and Lauren Hansom to name a few. This summer 2023, Ophelia begins their first Europe and UK tour. Including dates such as: Kala Festival in Dhërmi, iBoat in Bordeaux, Gay Habits in Bochum, La Mazzette in Paris, Macadam in Nantes, De Leuke Festival in Utrecht, SWEAT in Berlin, Whole Festival in Leipzig, Kiek Beyond Festival in Berlin, PALS in Mannheim, IOTA Festival in La Rochelle, Macadam in Nantes, Femme Fraiche in London, ISTERIKA in Bulgaria and PIP Den Haag in Hague.
