Hayk, a multi-instrumentalist specializing in Armenian woodwinds, brings forth the entire range of his cultural identity from his subconsciousness through these instruments. As a person of mixed heritage, blending East Mediterranean and Armenian cultures, he has never sought to be purely Armenian in his music or in his self-identity.
