Pretty Gang is an all women DJ collective that focuses on Dancehall and Soca. Founded in 2021, Pretty Gang quickly gained popularity and already played the well known HÖR Berlin format, where they were the first to represent for Dancehall and Soca, as well as festivals and parties in their hometown Berlin. The reason and goal for the collective is to include all women, especially BIPOC* Women from the Caribbean / African diaspora in the german Dancehall & Soca scene and to create safer spaces in which marginalised voices are heard and the community can come together to dance, party and enjoy the culture.
