Learning his craft between his native Lisbon and the London warehouse scene, Simik has been evolving for more than a decade while cultivating the sound of Klub Verboten as resident DJ and booker; handpicking talents SORAYA & TSUNIMAN to join him as residents on the KV rotation. Over the last six years he’s shared the booth with artists such as Amotik, Dasha Rush, Henning Baer, Shinedoe, Stephanie Sykes, Tasha, Volvox and Ø [Phase], amongst others.
Classically trained from a young age, his groove-led sets are slick and subtle, carefully balancing tension and release by weaving harmoniously through a wide range of musical sounds
